After much deliberation between myself and my colleagues, we have judged inmate #235779569, Harvey Dent, fit to be released from Arkham. He will be on one year of probation and will be required to have monthly visits with an Arkham psychiatrist, but he is otherwise deemed no threat to himself or others.
